Days

Gone were the days
Of goodnight kisses
and sweet dream wishes,
Of starry nights with moon ablight,
Of happy roads that led nowhere.
There was dance and so was rain,
Were lights and music fine,
That dark weren't dark
And not lights scary.
The paths were daring
And of them, none we missed.
Gone were the days and
So were the nights,
Those that vowed their breaths
to glore and galore of love.
